Last updated: October 23, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how personal data is handled on this website and in connection with the sale and support of Owl Production’s digital products.
It does not describe the independent privacy practices of Gumroad, Stripe, Google, Telegram, n8n, Cloudflare, payment providers, hosting providers, or other third-party services. Those services may process personal data under their own privacy notices and terms.

1. This website
This is a static website hosted on Cloudflare Pages. The website itself doesn’t set cookies and doesn’t use advertising trackers.
To see how many people visit and which pages they read, the website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics. When a page loads, a small script from Cloudflare reports which page was viewed, the website you came from and how quickly the page loaded. Cloudflare also records the browser, operating system and country, which it derives from the request, and shows us only totals, such as the number of views per page. According to Cloudflare, it uses no cookies or other storage on your device for this and doesn’t fingerprint visitors.
If you switch between the light and dark theme, your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage. It stays on your device and is not sent to us.
The fonts are served from this website, so no data is sent to a font provider.
To deliver the pages and protect them from abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, under its own privacy policy.
The buy buttons take you to Gumroad, which handles the checkout under its own terms and privacy policy.
2. Data we may receive
Depending on how a customer interacts with the products and support, we may receive:
- name;
- email address;
- purchase or transaction information;
- messages sent to support;
- information necessary to investigate a technical support request.
We do not ask customers to send passwords, API keys, Stripe secret keys, Telegram bot tokens, Google private keys, or other credentials by email.
3. Purposes of processing
Personal data may be processed for:
- fulfilling and administering purchases;
- providing customer support;
- handling refund requests and disputes;
- communicating about the purchased product;
- measuring how this website is used, in aggregate (for example, how many times each page is viewed);
- maintaining records required by law;
- preventing fraud, abuse, or unauthorized use;
- protecting legal rights and enforcing contractual terms.
4. Legal basis
Personal data is processed on the following legal bases under Article 6(1) of the GDPR:
- fulfilling and administering purchases, handling refund requests and communicating about a purchased product: performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b));
- answering support emails: performance of a contract for customers, and legitimate interests in answering enquiries otherwise (Article 6(1)(b) and (f));
- keeping accounting and tax records: compliance with a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c));
- measuring how this website is used, in aggregate, with Cloudflare Web Analytics: legitimate interests in understanding which pages visitors find useful and improving the website (Article 6(1)(f));
- delivering this website and protecting it from abuse, preventing fraud and protecting legal rights: legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)).
Consent is asked for only where the law requires it.
5. Third-party processors and services
The purchase and operation of the products may involve third-party services, including Gumroad, Cloudflare and other providers used for payment, delivery, communication, hosting, analytics, or support.
Those providers may process personal data under their own terms and privacy policies.
Customers should review the applicable privacy information of the relevant third-party service.
6. Product workflow data
The workflow templates themselves may process customer and payment data in the purchaser’s own environment.
In particular, depending on the product, the supplied workflow can send information from qualifying Stripe payments (such as customer name, email address, amounts and Stripe identifiers) to the purchaser’s Telegram chat. Stripe Sales Autopilot and Stripe Sales Autopilot Premium also record it in the purchaser’s Google Sheet, and Premium records refunds and disputes as well.
After purchase, the purchaser is responsible for configuring and operating the workflow in compliance with applicable data-protection law and the terms of the relevant services.
The seller does not operate the purchaser’s n8n workflow as a hosted service.
7. Data retention
Personal data will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it is processed, including contractual, support, accounting, legal, dispute-resolution, and record-keeping requirements.
- Support emails are kept for as long as they are needed to answer the request and to handle any follow-up, such as a refund or a dispute about the purchase.
- Records that accounting or tax law requires are kept for the period that law prescribes.
- Data needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims is kept until those claims become time-barred.
8. Data security
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used as appropriate to protect personal data under the seller’s control.
No internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Customers should not send confidential credentials or secret keys through ordinary support email.
9. International transfers
Some of the services used are based outside the European Economic Area:
- this website is hosted, and its visits are counted, by Cloudflare, Inc. in the United States;
- support email is handled by Proton AG in Switzerland;
- checkout is handled by Gumroad, Inc. in the United States, under its own privacy policy.
Switzerland is covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission. Transfers to the United States rely on the provider’s certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, as described in that provider’s privacy information.
10. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, individuals may have rights concerning their personal data, including rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability.
Requests can be sent to [email protected].
The applicable rights and exceptions depend on the circumstances and applicable law.
11. Complaints
If a person believes their personal data has been processed unlawfully, they may have the right to complain to the competent data-protection supervisory authority.
For Hungary, the relevant authority is the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH).
12. Children
The products are intended for business and automation use and are not directed at children.
13. Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when processing practices, services, or legal requirements change. The current version is published on this page.
